A gold Blas na hEireann winner for several years running, this is a great high protein snack. It is a paté made with sunflower seeds and walnuts to give it a crunchy consistency. Beautifully strong flavoured, this paté would jazz up any stir-fry, salad or sandwich. A good accompaniment to falafel and a real stand-out flavour in a nut roast.
