
Mediterranean Wholemeal Pittas

These are so easy to make and really tasty!
If you haven’t tried this hummus yet, try them asap!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Wholemeal pittas
- 2 tbsp of Roasted Beetroot Hummus
- 2 tbsp Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
- 4 falafels
- 4-6 cherry tomatoes
- Small handfull of roasted cauliflower
DIRECTIONS
- Warm up your pittas.
- Coat one pitta with Roasted Red Pepper Hummmus and the other with the Raosted Beetroot hummus.
- Slice the totatoes in half and scatter on top of the falafels along wiht the cauliflower.
- Places 2 falafels on each pitta and voilà!
