Mediterranean Wholemeal Pittas

These are so easy to make and really tasty!
If you haven’t tried this hummus yet, try them asap!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Wholemeal pittas
  • 2 tbsp of Roasted Beetroot Hummus
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  • 4 falafels
  • 4-6 cherry tomatoes
  • Small handfull of roasted cauliflower

DIRECTIONS

  1. Warm up your pittas.
  2. Coat one pitta with Roasted Red Pepper Hummmus and the other with the Raosted Beetroot hummus.
  3. Slice the totatoes in half and scatter on top of the falafels along wiht the cauliflower.
  4. Places 2 falafels on each pitta and voilà!
